Estate Planning and Administration
Another area in which the firm concentrates its practice is the area of Estate Planning and Administration. The drafting of wills, trusts, living wills, health care proxies and other documents relating to wealth transmission and health issues are matters in which the firm assists our clients in providing for their families and loved ones.

Additionally, when a family member or friend passes away, we can help guide the survivors through the estate or trust administration process. Our firm takes pride in helping those who have suffered a loss and doing everything possible to alleviate as much of the pain and stress as we can.

REAL ESTATE
The firm has represented individuals, businesses, partnerships, corporations, Limited Liability Companies and other types of entities in thousands of real estate transaction over the years.

It is our goal to assist purchasers and sellers of residential real estate in handling their matters, as quickly, accurately and smoothly as possible, giving extra attention to first time home buyers to guide them though what is often an unfamiliar and stressful process. We are also well versed in the process of refinancing existing mortgages, and all types of real property transfers.

In addition to residential real estate, we have represented many of our business clients in the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial real estate.

TRADITIONAL MATRIMONIAL AND FAMILY LAW
We handle divorce, separation, custody, visitation and support using negotiation, mediation, court intervention and litigation where necessary.
