 David
R. Murch, Esq., is an attorney in private practice, primarily
in Matrimonial and Family Law. He is a 1974 graduate of St. John Fisher
College and a 1977 graduate of Union University, Albany Law School.
David is the managing partner of Murch & Wise, P.C., in Webster, New
York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a
member of the Family Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association.
David is a founding member of the Association of Collaborative Family
Law, Inc., and served as the President of the organization. He
coordinates training for other attorneys and mental health professionals
in collaborative law. David continues to expand his practice in
Collaborative Family Law.
 Gregory
W. Wise, Esq., is an attorney in private practice and a
partner in the firm of Murch & Wise, P.C., in Webster, New York. He is
a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar
Association. He is a 1980 graduate of St. John Fisher College and a
1983 graduate of Union University, Albany Law School. Greg concentrates
his practice in the areas of Matrimonial Law, Real Estate, Estates, and
Criminal Law. Greg is a founding member of the Association of
Collaborative Family Law Attorneys, Inc. and continues to expand his
Collaborative Family Law practice. Greg is active in the community of
Webster and has coached youth soccer for many years in the area.
